Summary: Negotiator Jeff Talley becomes Chief of Police in a small town, leaving behind the traumas of his career in the big city. A random crime results in two hostage situations, one involving the Mob. Talley is forced to apply his old skills to save the two families.

I enjoy Bruce Willis movies. This is a good action film but it is very violent.
Based on the novel by Robert Crais. For commuters, we have the book on cd.
