Automated Telephone System Upgrade Planned

Pickering Public Library is currently planning an upgrade to the automated telephone system on the morning of Tuesday October 9th, 2007.

This will affect the following library services:

• Automated telephone renewals. Customers calling into the telephone messaging service to renew will not have their call answered by the system. If this happens, please try again at a later time or use an alternative method of renewal.

Library customers can still renew their items online on our website at http://www.picnet.org or by phoning the library directly at 905-831-6265 ext 6241 to speak with a live circulation assistant.

We will have this service back on line as quickly as possible. Pickering Public Library apologizes for any inconvenience this may cause.
