The City of Pickering has recently joined Industry Canada's BizPal program. This means that entrepreneurs in Pickering are now only a click away from being able to find out what permits and licenses are needed to start up a small business.
Just enter the type of business that you wish to start, answer a few simple questions, and BizPal will tell you what permits you're required to have by the Federal Government, the Provincial Government and the City of Pickering.
