"Friendly Reminder" pre-overdue service
Clients have asked us for notification before the date that an item is due. You can now receive an email two days before the due date of your items. To sign up for the “Friendly Reminder” service simply talk to the staff at your local branch or fill out this form and make sure to check "Please sign me up for the 'Friendly Reminder' Service." You can also receive your overdue and hold notifications by email (if you haven’t already signed up you can do that at the same time).
Notes:
- This service is only available by email - not by phone
- Email occasionally goes astray, the Library will do its best to ensure that emails are sent but it is not responsible for fees or other charges if the email is not received.
