2008 is going to be the best year EVER!!!!!!11!!!!one!

In addition to waiting for Spore I now have to wait for Fallout 3, which according to the new teaser trailer is going to come out in fall 2008.

The trailer features Ron Perlman's voice, which as a Fallout fan makes me feel a strange burning sensation inside. My friends tell me this is pure joy, unalloyed with any of the cynicism that normally colours my interaction with game previews. For those who are not Fallout fans, Ron Perlman did the opening narration for the first two games, and the fact that he is back fills me with hope that #3 will be the same sort of liquid cake I can joyously dive into and swim as if I were a fish. A very happy cake-eating fish.

To get me in the mood for some post-apocalyptic mutant blastin', I think I will borrow The Hills Have Eyes. Remember, the only good mutant is a dead mutant! Unless, you know, they are the X-men or something.
